The Cohedom team approached us to develop a visual identity anchored in an equestrian symbol, a direction that set the tone for the broader identity system.
From the outset, the goal was to translate their vision into a refined visual language that balances heritage, faith, and modern strategy. The equestrian concept became the foundation for building a system that feels both symbolic and structured.

The primary wordmark is set in a slim, elegant serif typeface, chosen for its ability to bridge African heritage with contemporary sophistication. It communicates a sense of authority, refinement, and quiet strength.

The submark was developed as the most recognisable expression of the brand, distilled into a simplified equestrian form.
Rather than a literal illustration, the horse motif was reduced into clean, directional silhouettes, allowing it to remain flexible across applications while retaining symbolic weight. The form explores movement, direction, and unity with multiple horse silhouettes facing different orientations to suggest collaboration, alignment, and shared purpose.
This simplification was intentional, ensuring the mark remains adaptable across apparel, documentation, and digital environments without losing clarity or identity.

The final identity system presents Cohedom as a refined balance of heritage and modern strategy. A visual language grounded in symbolism, where typography, structure, and form work together to express purpose, collaboration, and direction.
